My wife was said yo come back to collect her meds next day. She was assured that everything would be prepared for her to collect then. As she came in to pick it up next day it turned out that her meds were out of stock. She is diabetic and needs her prescription as soon as possible. Pharmacy left her without meds over weekend mów.

I was deprived of my life saving meds for the weekend. Last Thursday I wanted to collect my repeat prescription. Manager of the pharmacy assured me to give me one next day not informing me of the reason of his decision. I came back next day and it turned out that my meds were out of stock. What's more I was told to come back on Monday. I am very concerned about manager's approach to customer.

As I collected missing meds today I was told that one more was out of stock. Still waiting for a another one. All of these started last Thursday. I have been waiting for one more item. Staff dont feel to be responsible for that mess.

Face-to-face consultation with a healthcare professional is very much appreciated, especially as GP service is no more face-to-face. Our pharmacist helped me understand my blood test results and answered my questions about my prescription. I felt at ease speaking about my health concerns with our pharmacist. All staff at the chemist are welcoming and friendly. Thank you for your excellent service.

Im really dissapointed this pharmacy. Guy,and women working there have no knowledge,and they are not polite. Few times guy cheat me on the money. Also my friends have bad experience with that place. Is anyone check that peoples? They could made health damage on the pharmacy clients. Please do something with that place. Thank you.
