   I had back skin rash. I suspected it to be shingles so I went to my local pharmacy for advice incase it was something less serious. They didn’t want to look at it and the pharmacist said oh no I hope it isn’t because I haven’t had chicken pox. She then sold me antihistamine. Symptoms got worse so a doctor confirmed it was shingles. I went to pick up my prescription at Borno chemist. It was a completely different experience. They were friendly informative and very professional. They even took me into a private room to take my blood pressure. I felt informed and reassured. They will definitely be my first port of call if I have any future health issues. Very impressed. Thank you.
