A young lady helped where another didn't seem to listen. Luckily she remembered us from last year. Covid vaccine 1 and 2 done in isle of man, 3rd in Durham. This appointment was for my 4th. Could not book on line either, the system not showing jabs 1 and 2 but shows on my nhs app. She sorted it, I got my 4th. Looks like I have one nhs number but 2 accounts. Young lady I cannot thankyou enough, it's been a nightmare

I had a appointment for a covid vaccine for 9 30am friday 16th sept and it was the worst experience I have had when going for covid jabs I am 82yrs old and had to stand and wait in a queue for Thirty minutes before being able to sit down, there was a complete in organised system in place .it was forty five minutes to my jab seemed to be more staff standing than doing.I will avoid in the future
