   My doctor raised a prescription for me last week that Boots said was obsolete and could not provide. Today I contacted the Cramlington store as a new prescription had been raised with the two ingredients of the original prescription provided in separate tubes. On collection of the items I was charged £19.30. I queried this and was told it was correct. I currently have a long standing condition that has two items on the repeat prescription and I only get one charge. More annoyingly, the two items on today's prescription can be obtained over the counter for around £3.00!!!!! I feel totally let down and ripped off by Boots, when they could have told me this instead of overcharging me at £19.30. I have only just moved to this branch but will not be using again. Shocking service that appears to be using the prescription charge in the chemists favour.
