   I've been trying to phone the pharmacy at boots Hamilton, I've been phoning since five past nine this morning,to request an item that was inorder I picked up. It is now 10.17 still not answering their phone!!!! Is there a certain time that they do answer calls,it's really not acceptable,I know they're busy but surely they could answer!

   I booked appointment 3 weeks I'm advance for a slot, then suddenly they text to say they changed my appointment. No reason just that for the whole day they only have 1 slot. They offer no apology or explain why the change. I told them I want to cancel & now I'm still getting text reminder for the appointment. Called again &:they said they don't have record & don't care. What a bunch of time waster! Avoid!
