   Despite being very busy, they are efficient and much better than my previous pharmacy. Of course, all pharmacies are under great strain due to underfunding.

   I visited this pharmacy specially at 1.10 pm today to collect a prescription, only to be told that the pharmacist was on their lunch break until 2. There is absolutely nothing on the Summertown Boots website to warn of this - ostensibly it is open for the whole of the working day. I am furious to have made a special journey for nothing, and that in this day and age a simple note about lunchtime closures (possible or actual) is beyond the skill or imagination of the website team to include this vital information on the website.
