  1. Review titled Absolutely terrible

Rated 1 star out of 5

I wouldn’t usually leave a review but the service from the pharmacist was absolutely appalling. She did not treat the emergency prescription as an emergency, she was belittling and made my experience difficult when I need emergency medication because apparently I hadn’t followed the process by calling 111. Treat people as patients and help them. Ive since had to go to A&e. I would never recommend this service.

  2. Review titled Accomodating

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I highly recommend Boots Jubilee Canary Wharf, I went for my Covid booster vaccine which I have booked online via NHS however when I got to Boots and showed my booking I didn't realise the date which will be on the 29th September! The staff politely told me I got the date wrong. I apologised but asked whether there is a chance they could accommodate me but he said no. So I left but I was surprised as staff called me and told me that there is available stock and asked if I'm happy to wait for which I said I don't mind. Hence I waited and finally, this paid off as I was given my booster. So a big thank you to the staff and keep up the good work!!!

  3. Review titled Inefficient and unhelpful

Considered at-risk, I am eligible to receive a COVID booster and flu jab. Most people in my same situation would be however Boots refuses to give both jabs at the same time. You cannot book an appointment for both on their site. There are zero clinical contraindications to getting them both so why not? So not only did I have to wait in a queue for 40 mins despite showing up on time for my booked slot, now I have to take more time off work to make another appointment to get my flu jab. Incredibly stupid and inefficient!

  4. Review titled Covid Vaccine Waste of time

Rated 1 star out of 5

I received a invitation from nhs to make a 4th dose of Covid + Flu vaccine, because on the record I'm suitable for this. I book the appointment online, and everything was perfect and great. When I arrive at my appointment they refuse to give me a vaccine because they said I'm not suitable because I'm 48 instead 50. Now someone made a mistake or NHS or Boots and that cause problem, waste my time. I need to took an holiday day for that and I waste it for nothing. It's not about take or not take the vaccine, but only because there is an unprofessional behaviour or on NHS or on Boots side. If in my work I'm unprofessional like this I will be immediately fired. Now who will pay for this? who will give me back my holiday day? I will need to waste another if I'm suitable again? Unprofessionalism begin to be an ordinary word..... I'm Sad and angry
