   I have always used the Boots Sage branch obviously as it’s connected to the surgery but never again. Used this branch for over 35 years enduring slow service and I appreciate Covid has made there jobs extremely bad. However that peak has long past yet there still banging that drum yet every other industry is coping. On 3 occasions I went to collect my blood pressure tablets which were ordered weeks before, over 3 consecutive business days the place was closed as they shut early with no prior notice and then classic they couldn’t open first thing on a Monday morning as they didn’t have a chemist…. Imagine a Pharmacy without a Pharmacist… only in Melton M! You can’t call as they don’t answer the phone and if you call boots complaints you just get the standard script of it’s holidays, it’s covid, etc etc. I can tell you if I told my customers that they would soon all go somewhere else, and I’m sad to say I will be and asap. Take some advice all, go elsewhere I’m sure Lloyds and others will be only too pleased to serve or as I’m doing get it delivered and give the postman a job !! He is always there day in day out.
