   I have been getting my prescriptions from Boots at The Springs for quite a while now but over the last 12 months or so the service has deteriorated quite badly. There is always a queue at the pharmacy which I think is due to staff shortages but it didn’t help matters when a few weeks ago the member of staff started serving a lady who was buying a basketful of baby clothes, which really should have gone through the normal checkout. This made myself and others waiting to be served with prescriptions very annoyed. It is so bad now that I have switched my prescriptions to another local chemist so we’ll see if this is a bit better (it cannot be any worse). Boots really do need to sort things out as judging by the many comments I have overheard while waiting in line to be served, they are going to lose many customers.
