30min que to get to the desk, then a 30min wait, with a 2year old, so went to costa, to then come back with another 40min que! Shocking service. It’s not the first time it has taken over an hour to get a prescription. This pharmacy needs to triple in size for the amount of people it’s catering for.

Saturday 16March from 4pm at the pharmacy counter. A long queue and very slow service. There seemed to be plenty of staff but only one till open and no sense of urgency. Waited well over half an hour to reach the front of the queue.
