   Dreadful service, queuing for prescription for well over an hour on many many occasions, so often told to come back later, tomorrow, Monday etc then have to queue again. This is a regular prescription, nothing exotic but they cannot get it right. They really are Not Fit For Purpose

2. Review titled Poor service

   Every time a member of my parents and other family members go in to pick up a prescription, it is never ready. They currently have a 2 week backlog. Prescriptions that need ordering are never ordered until you go in to pick it up. Every time it is a tedious process.
