Every time I go in to this Boots pharmacy it never goes smoothly. The front counter staff is inexperienced and lack customer service. I was prescribed medication that was off the shelf. The employee grabbed it and went in the back for 20 min. She failed to tell me she needed to put the proper dosage together and snipped at me when I asked what they were doing. Even another customer said to me how rude they were. They also asked me the same question 3 times. These people need to be on it as this is medication and customers well being. They are slow and make me anxious ever time I go in because I know it will go horribly wrong. Staff really needs to be reviewed by management for the safety and mental health of their customers.

I find them both helpful and professionable, and the regular staff know me quite well. They give apropriate advice when needed no mater how simple or difficult your requests are.
