    6th May 2023 - I had an issue with a prescription for my son, where the medicine was out of stock, but the pharmacist and boots staff dealt with it professionally and pragmatically to resolve this. It was very much appreciated. Thank you, you’re doing a really great job.

    I booked an appointment for my wife and me to have a flu jab. I have a long term respiratory condition that requires an early flu jab to provide me with protection during autumn and winter. 25 minutes before the appointment (and 15 minutes before our designated arrival time) a message was left on my voicemail stating the appointment was cancelled and advising me to book an appointment for 2 days time. When I tried, there were no bookings then or in the two weeks following the cancelled appointment. This is the second flu jab cancellation I have experienced with this pharmacy this season.

    I booked a flu jab for another family member who is 70+ and in a vulnerable category which was cancelled by Boots less that an hour before the appointment. A voicemail message was left saying the appointment was cancelled, with no reason given.
