    Ordered a emergency prescription of sertraline through 111 to pick up from this pharmacy after telling me for 3 days they didn't have my prescription from the doctor, even though the doctors after multiple phone calls said it had gone through to them. They charged my husband full price for only 5 days worth of emergency sertraline, they also questioned why I couldn't pick them up myself, even after telling them over the phone I wasn't feeling well due to not having my sertraline for 4 days. This happens everytime I have my prescription put through to this pharmacy and I am left without my tablets, so will be changing pharmacy. They also leave people waiting in the line for ages even though theres anough staff and one staff member has to run between serving people at the pharmacy main desk and the pharmacy counter.

    There is never enough staff to deal with the customers, and if the pharmacist has a consultation there is no chance of getting your medication on time. It takes a week for them to dispense my prescription. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve also tried on several occasions to ring to make sure my medication is ready but can never get through. You used to be able to rely on boots for your prescriptions not anymore. There always seems to be a lot of staff on the shop floor but none in the pharmacy. It would also be polite if the pharmacy staff acknowledged the fact that customers were waiting to be served rather than look at us (the customer) and carrying on with whatever they are doing. We(the customer) do understand that the staff can’t always leave what they are doing to attend to a customer but some sort of acknowledgment would be nice. Maybe it’s time to get more staff in the pharmacy that know what they are doing and can get it organised so that customers aren’t waiting an age for there prescriptions to be dispensed and then collected by the customer. Get your act together Boots before you loose more customers

    Only ever one person serving and they have to cover the medicine counter too. Plenty of staff wandering around tidying shelves but no one bothered about sick people queuing for minimum 30 minutes and that is if you are lucky, normally it is longer. No apologies from staff either
