    Another disappointing experience today. A repeat prescription again not filled on time after 8 days. Apparently uncaring staff. Wivenhoe needs much better than this!

    Consistently slow service in this store and has been for a while, today even slower with customers being ignored - really poor customer service.. Staff are normally very nice and helpful here even though you have to wait a fair amount of time to be served but I arrived today and there were two customers waiting for their prescriptions to come out. No staff out front but could hear some behind the counter wall, then one walked through the front and stood in the open hatch behind the wall where they could still see a line of customers waiting, they ignored all of us. Waited in chemist for 5 minutes with no staff asking if they could help - 3 people behind me by this time. One of the people waiting for their prescription was handed it and the staff member who went back behind the wall, again not asking if they could help any of the rest of us waiting to be served. At this point I called out to the Person behind the hatch and said I know you are busy but is there anyone who can come out and serve us as we have been waiting for 5 minutes. The response was yes someone will be out in a minute - no apology. Shortly after this someone did come out and serve me and then the other person waiting for her prescription asked what was happening as she’d been waiting for over 10 mins for a prescription they had texted her to say was ready! This is really not good service.
