   Each time I try to collect my repeat prescriptions, they are never ready and the average time waiting is 45minutes. Some of the Staff abrupt and unhelpful.

   It seems that every visit I have to wait for 20 minutes. Often it appears that there are plenty of staff but they seem to spend more time talking to each other rather than serving the public
