   Despite booking a flu jab several weeks in advance (and receiving countless reminders of the exact date and time) I arrived only to be told that no pharmacists were on site and that head office must have opened their appointments system without their knowledge. Terrible service particularly since this was a round trip of 20 miles and involved 2 hours away from work. I have read of similar experiences with this appointment system at other Boots so this is obviously a known problem.
