    The main entrance was blockaded with furniture, so I went to the back door. The interior is very dirty, with stale smelly air and dimly-lit. The perspex barrier stifled the pharmacy assistant. The assistant: - Could not find the clearly-labelled active ingredient on their own product's packaging (a specific antihistamine) - Did not recognise the (very common) ingredient when pointed out, or that it was an antihistamine - Did not know the location of any antihistamines in the store - Mis-sold me the incorrect pharmaceutical product - Refused to substitute or refund the correct product, during the same visit with the same assistant Then, the pharmacist supervising: - Also refused to substitute or refund the correct product - Ignored any explanation of the problem - Spoke unsympathetically The only process that seemed effective was taking money for the wrong product.
