   Extremely rude staff and poor customer service. Queue was up to 40 minutes and then told it would be an hour wait for medications to be dispensed. No communication to people queuing that this was the case. Was told the prescription was ready 1 week prior to collecting and was not ready and took time to even find in the system. Spoken very rudely to by staff.
