The staff in charge today on 24/02/2024 are completley rubbish they were unproffessional and was refusing to help me at all i got repeat priscription for my migraines and she just wodnt allow me to get them 2 days been in pain and the guy who works there will go out of his way to help but the person in charge today i wod fire she has no future at worki here dge dont help is is unproffessional she pyts this pharmacy to shame i ended up going to dean road pharmacy highly recommend they go out of there way to help this women in bitterne was out of order she cod see i was in pain and she was just a horrible nasty gurl she shouldbt be there everyone should give this pharmacy up and go to dean road they are amazing never comin to bitterne pharmacy again

Sent here by out of hours doctor, didn't have what i needed sent me to other side of Southampton which was a waste of time and after all that effort when I went to my normal pharmacy they couldn't process prescription because they hadn't taken me off the system, further more failed to answer phone so I had to go back to get prescription released, over 2 hours of my life wasted plus fuel, disgraceful service

I have been trying to call all morning nobody answers the phone, what is the point in having a phone number listed if it's not going to be answered by anybody?

Use to be good pharmacy but it's taken 2 days so far to get hold of them and I still havent sorted out if my meds there as the dont answer ther phone

Used to he brilliant however now its awful. My prescription was put through in Thursday and yet had not been dispensed on the Sunday, meaning i had to wait for it to be dispensed. I would understand if it was same day but 4 days is ridiculous. Staff seem disinterested and not willing to help.
