Very happy with the service provided at Bids Chemist. I was there with my in-law this morning for our covid booster. The Covid nurse was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was fast and pleasant.

Happy with Bids service today. Staff were friendly and well organised. I didn't have to wait long. They offered me a seat as I am disabled and cant stand for very long. Will also go there for my annual flu jab.

Tried to get my spring booster at this chemist. I brought along evidence of my immune compromised condition as advised by NHS website. Pharmacist refused to accept the evidence. She said they have their own clinic specific requirements. If you are immune compromised perhaps check with them first what evidence they expect. Or try somewhere else. Found them very unsympathetic and unhelpful.

Every time I visit Staff are pleasant and helpful and the COVID nurse is very very good. Wonderful place to go.
