   Always leave me waiting, last time was the worst with up to 10 minutes before acknowledgement (at least 4 people working) only one other customer in the shop. Two staff could be heard talking about cricket, one walked past me to go outside for something and returned around 5 minutes later and one came out of another room. Never feels very friendly. Once had to ask for advice and was made to feel as though I was interrupting their day !!
