   Arrived at 12 o'clock for a 12.30 appointment for booster jabs. Left the queue at 1.30 as had another appointment elsewhere at 2pm - still 18 people in front of us. Total waste if everyone's time. Will now uave to rebook elsewhere.

   My family all use Asif for advice, collect prescriptions ordered via app or online. He and his team are friendly and always willing to help
