    When ever I visit this in-store pharmacy today, no staff, no pharmacist at 9am when it should be open. Pharmacist turns up at 9:15am, has to be helped to open up and then puts a sign up, opening at 11am due to no staff, not the first time this has happened here.

  2. Review titled Answer the phone

    I’ve been trying to get hold of the pharmacy to check if my prescription is available and have had no answer even after phoning 22 times. If this was a one off I wouldn’t mind as I understand business and in store customers being priority but this is an issue every time I call no matter what time of day it is. Answering the phone should not be this difficult. My first call was at 4pm on the dot, it’s been over 45 minutes without anyone picking the phone up.

    I went today to get my prescription which was sent two days ago. I wanted to check my medication as they habitually do not fill the full order. Again, medication was missing from my repeat prescription, even though she said it was all there when I requested it. When I reached for my medication, she called me rude. I asked to speak to the manager. As I spoke to the manager, another person there came out front and started yelling, telling me she had a right to defend herself. I was trying to complain about the missing medication, nothing else, as it happens nearly regularly. By this point of being yelled at by the staff and other customers, I was so discombobulated that I left without even getting to why I was complaining. The missing medication. I will never use this pharmacy, and I am left without one item I need. I am now left in a precarious health position due to the inability of staff to be professional and do the basic of their job. f I do not believe anything will be done about this, and I feel it is useless to complain, as it will be ignored.
