   On tx msg to receive msgs when prescription is ready dnt receive msgs phone and he says we to busy to answer phone , have you tx msg service ,I say yes but not received it ,I was very taken bk by this ,rang this morning to say is prescription ready ,she said be in after 5pm ,received msg surprised ,say prescription is ready ,goes down ,to collect and she said we told you after 5pm ,I said you have just msg ,she said we found some ,but like we said on phone after 5pm ,but they said they wasn't in stock ,I walked away as was very ,embarrassed ,the communication is very poor
