   The pharmacist was not on duty when it was supposed to be open. I had had my prescription sent there by 111. We were then given a code so that we could get the prescription from another pharmacy, but because the pharmacy in Asda had downloaded the prescription even though they were unable to dispense it, the other pharmacy was unable to dispense it either. I was left in agony for 24 hours but was able to collect the prescription the next day. I was only prescribed 12 very strong painkillers, but have just discovered that they only issued 10 so I've been shortchanged too! That's nearly £1 a tablet. And now they're not answering the phone!!
