I had earwax removal by micro suction. Process was well explained and carried out very well and was a complete success. Care and precautions to be taken following the procedure was well explained.

My family have received excellent service and advice from Alrewas Pharmacy for over 20 years. This week it was my turn to seek help and advice. I cannot thank the Pharmacist enough for the excellent service I have received during 7 days of blood pressure checks. Each day I was treated by kind , helpful and friendly staff . I feel so fortunate to have this facility in the village. Many thanks to a great team

My wife was advised to have her ears checked for infection when making an appointment for a hearing check. She was advised that such checks could be carried out by our local pharmacy. On calling the pharmacy she was told that she could call in for a test the same day. She was thoroughly checked and shown images that confirmed that she had an infection in one ear and the pharmacist recommended that she should contact her GP surgery in order to obtain a prescription. As a result she was able to have an appointment with a nurse who confirmed the diagnosis and arranged for a prescription to be issued from the surgery to the pharmacy. Now, a little more than 24 hours after the consultation at the pharmacy, she has the medication to treat the infection. We were not previously aware that such services could be provided at the pharmacy and are very impressed by the speed and thoroughness of the treatment received.
