If you arrive to collect medication without having received a text, staff say you should have waited but the texts never arrive, even after weeks. I've had multiple experiences of being told my prescription was already collected when it definitely has not. Yesterday I went to collect several family members' prescriptions, several weeks after the GP had sent them across, because we're having to order them well in advance to this pharmacy because they're never ready or are not in stock. First, staff told me that prescriptions have to be collected within thirty days of receipt and he would only give me six days' of treatment as I was 'late', instead of the full amount! I called my GP practice and the GP confirmed this was wrong. The pharmacy kept me waiting 40 minutes before telling me none of our prescriptions were ready. The pharmacist then said the first prescription had been collected and then accused me of lying about it not having been collected. I can see they're very busy, but the service was awful, disorganised, rude, and very unprofessional. Have asked GP to send prescriptions elsewhere in future and plan to make a formal complaint. Also, please note that website is out of date and they now close at 6 on weekdays and lunchtime on Saturdays.

Perhaps it'd be ideal if this place plays a significant role in the improvement of: 1-Not delaying to answering calls 2-Rightly handling clients with politeness 3-Showing hospitality and dignity in their speech 4-Taking a look at the disturbing reviews that've been left online & learn to adjust And perhaps being "patient with patients" as that's a major role in this type of service. Please learn to deliver, handle people rightly & serve with dignity and respect. I hope that this will motivate them to improve. Serious customer training is required in this place. This is a recent experience and a common one.

Review titled Not Covid-19 safe . Not very clean

The waiting seat is right next to the queue to everyone who's not wearing a face covering can't not distance. Asked to use the toilet as was there for a blood test. ( pharmacist who did it not wearing a face covering) Toilet was very unclean. The Two taps did not work in the sink, so no hot water to wash your hands.
