I took my family member to Acorn Pharmacy. The website showed it was accessible for disabled people. There is no accessibility whatsoever. Not to the slabs at the front nor to get into the door. They asked us if it was ok to give the inoculation to my family member outside the front of the shop! We had no choice at that point due to circumstances. The assistant had black gloves on and was using the computer, opening doors, dealing with someones change. I asked her if she should change her gloves but she said she already did from the last person she gave a Covid inoculation to! She took some details from me while my family member had to wait in the cold outside. After her dealing with this lady that had just come into the shop and sorting out her change she came outside to give my family member the inoculation. She put the needle in the arm but it didn't go in properly and was about to try and put it in again when she was asked to change the needle as it would be contaminated and cause infection. She agreed and went into the shop to get a new one. She came out and completed the inoculation. We just hope she did change he needle but will be contacting the pharmacist in the morning to check with him that there is indeed a spoilt inoculation from today. We will not be visiting this pharmacy again.

I use this pharmacy frequently for prescriptions, over the counter items and advice. The team there were welcoming, happy to listen and give advice. I have my prescriptions delivered which is a great help. Im very happy with the service I receive.

Very helpful staff, text message always sent to you for your prescriptions. Moved to this chemist after terrible service at another. No complaints with this one!!

Good location Easy to order repeat prescriptions by phone,Delivery available on request ,Efficient and very friendly staff in my opinion a good all-round pharmacy.

This pharmacy haven't treated me fairly in my opinion. They constantly got my prescription wrong, they then got very defensive and were rude to me. I felt very intimidated by the way I was being treated, they were quite dismissive to my point. I have decided that, myself, my mum, sister, wife, children will all take our prescriptions to a pharmacy that wants to support us.
