    A lady staff in the pharmacy was rude to me when I asked her about a refund using my maternity exemption certificate. One of their staff told me to bring my maternity exemption certificate to get refund but she refused to do it.

    I wad left standing at the till for a long time before anyone even acknowledged I was there. One member of staff even smiled at me then carried on whatever they were doing. I counted at least 5 people behind the counter doing whatever they were up to rather than greeting and meeting the needs of customers. By the time I was eventually spoken to there was 5 more people in the que waiting for even longer than I was. Once I was spoken to I was dealt with efficiently but I'm really not impressed by how unattentive the staff were.

    I just have to sing the praises of all the staff at the Acorn Pharmacy Huntingdon. They are always so kind, helpful, polite and certainly professional. Each member of staff goes out of their way to help their patients. I feel lucky and privileged to be a patient of theirs.
