Long waiting times on phone if missed a call can not call number back received a flash card with wrong information on so will never call again even if advised been no help to me at all

Attended a six week "wellness" course and in all honesty it was a complete waste of time, then to be told at the end of the course there's an 11 month waiting list for one to one follow-up. Completely wasted my time that I had to take off from work when I could have been looking for an alternative! Do yourself a favour and look for something better. Two of the people running the course didn't appear to know what it is was they were delivering, kept reading verbatim from the slides and forgetting where they were up to.
