    I attended master call this evening with my 6 month old baby. On arrival i was greeted by a receptionist, who was lovely and interacted with me and my baby and made us feel welcome. I thought my daughter had covid, i know there's no treatment, which i mentioned to the 3 people i spoke to through 111 prior to attending. But they sent me anyway due to my daughters age and her temp was high. We waited for the doctor and from the of, he was coming across very rude. Didn’t introduce himself, and after sitting in the room for around 20 minutes everything he had said had attitude to it and made me feel silly. Essentially telling me because i had given my daughter paracetamol before coming, that he couldn't get the right temp and acted like that was my fault. Made me feel extremely stupid for attending, even thou I was told by 3 individuals to go. I went with my sister who came in the room with us, telling her quite abruptly to “put something on her phone” to distract baby. As a first-time, young mum to a 6 month old baby, my first instinct is to worry that somethings wrong. He did not make us feel comfortable at all, id say far from it. Then as we were leaving didn't even stand and walk us out the practice, we were stood waiting for someone to put the code in for us to leave. No bedside manners at all !
