I was booked in for a biopsy, Everything to be done was carefully explained and the procedure carried out professional, calmly and pleasantly. Both operatives made me feel completely at ease.

I had 2 cyst removed from the top of my head, I was treated with great care and the nurses talked through with me what they were doing, they even made me a cup of tea afterwards

Very good experience procedure carried with efficiency and consideration, had a good rapport with the staff who provided the 3 Bioposys treatment on my forehead .

I attended Brownley Green Primary Care Centre for minor dermatological surgery. The two nurses who looked after me were very professional, explained clearly what the procedure entailed and made me feel totally at ease. I felt very little discomfort both during and after the surgery and would not hesitate to recommend the service to others. Well done NHS!

I attended a clinic this morning to have a mole removed and the 2 nurses were amazing! So reassuring and caring making sure I fully understood the procedure and talked through exactly what would happen and how to recieve aftercare.I felt totally confident in their care. The appointment was on time and lasted 30 minutes. Very pleased with the care and professionalism.

I had a minor dermatology surgery at Brownley Green Primary Care Centre. The team members were very professional, friendly and kind. It was obvious the nurse is very experienced with her gifted hands. I had no pain during and after the procedure till now which is 24 hours. As some one with needle phobia. I still find this hard to believe. I appreciate this wonderful team. It was a relaxing environment with relaxing music.

Today I have been for a punch biopsy on my face at Higher Openshaw and was incredibly nervous about it. The nurse explained everything to me and offered a referral to plastics if I wanted. I decided to go ahead with the procedure, they explained everything incredibly thoroughly and put me completely at ease. The procedure went really well and I’m happy with the stitches and size of scar that will be left. Honestly cannot fault my experience and was even offered a brew at the end and sent home with a chocolate which put a big smile on my face! Thank you ☺️

I had a punch biopsy today at Openshaw and was greeted by a very friendly assistant and clinician. Both were extremely helpful and friendly and the clinician explained the procedure very clearly. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and even offered me a tea or coffee at the end. The whole experience was lovely and not as daunting as I had imagined! In the aftercare bag I was even given a chocolate which really put a smile on my face. It’s the little things!

I recently had to have some biopsies at the minor surgery clinic at Higher Openshaw. Feeling very apprehensive, but had no need to be the team we fantastic could not fault how they asked questions and explained the procedure. Made me feel really at ease they are truly wonderful people doing at times a very stressful job x
