I did not know you could go to the Montefiore hospital as an NHS patient. The service was amazing and all the staff looked after me really well. The hospital is spotless and I would definitely recommend to others - thank you

I booked a consultation with a cardiologist last Tuesday and she was meant to refer me for an ultrasound which she has not done. I have no way of contacting her so called the hospital and explained the situation and they referred me to the radiology booking team. They have emailed asking for the referral first so Im just going around in circles, which is really poor customer service for private healthcare which is meant to be better.

No communication, then miss out on Op without any notification nor confirmation giving me an explanation. When I called, staff were very rude when I asked for clarity as to why I was not given a pre assessment app bit then cancel op. Il stick with NHS from now on as private hospitals only interested in wealth.
