Review titled Infected spider bite
by perseusst65 - Posted on 10 August 2022
I was bitten on my leg around a week ago by what we think was probably a spider. Within a week it was getting more swollen, painful and hot and the infection was spreading from the site of the bite. I looked online at the NHS 111, answered some questions and it said to go to my local minor injuries clinic. I went along to the UTC department at St Mary’s in Newport and the receptionist, nurse and Dr were all friendly, efficient and sorted me out with antibiotics very quickly. Thank you

Review titled Lack of empathy
by PainSoredIgnoredxX - Posted on 08 August 2022
The doctor who attended to me showed no empathy and care, only speaks and did not listen even if I was in a lot of pain and cannot get to a town pharmacy, they did not even care enough to listen. Just prescribed and did not even see me as a patient. Seemed in such a hurry to finish.

Review titled Great experience
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Julie Dean - Posted on 10 June 2022
I was called for an annual appointment yesterday to see the Neuro Rehab team. I was so impressed they took the time to research facts and allowed me the time to explain everything and ask questions. At no time was I spoken over which sadly can often be the case. Please be reassured if you are ever called for an appointment with them you will be treated with the dignity and empathy we all deserve - Julie Dean
