Front desk to kitchen staff to nurses and consultants every one was impeccable can’t fault anything or anyone told you everything that was happening all the time I was very nervous when I went in for knee doing but put at ease fabulous place would recommend to anyone only complaint the pillows yuk

The only complaint l have as not against any staff, it is about the food, which was dreadful. I have been in Spire several times and the food has been a good standard, very good in fact l can't say the same this time! l was told the food is all bought in now as is with all Spire Hospitals. Never again, l would take my own food next time. It is not the fault of the Chefs, as they have to do as they are told. Such a pity because that is the only thing that lets this hospital down.

Bi Lateral grommets and adenoid removal on my 5yr old granddaughter. Couldn't fault any member of staff. Catering, nursing, anaesthetist or surgeon all ace.

had Rotator cuff surgery in May. Ward staff were lovely. Reception staff always polite. Surgeon did a brilliant job and have been followed up with physio. Cannot fault any of the staff always treat you professionally. Thank you NHS and thank you Spire.

Lack of dignity or care. Was left feeling vulnerable, exposed and scared to go back. GMC Guidelines were not followed and there seems no point in complaining as they will just get away with what they did.
