Unexpectedly ambulance to RCH on 05/24 Ambulance arrived within 20 minutes of call Straight in to A&E All staff, paramedics,nurses,doctors were outstandingly professional and friendly. Quickly moved from A&E to Urology and problem diagnosed and treated. This really is the NHS doing what they do best. Best in the world without a shadow of a doubt. Many thanks to everybody!

admitted by ambulance following heart attack, straight into the cardiac theatre, the communication and skill of everyone involved could not be faulted, then onto HDU where the care of the all the doctors nurses and auxilliary staff where all so professional, even the food is up to restaurant quality. How amazing to be treated with such care and respect when you hear so many negative things from the media. Proud to have the NHS as my health service provider. And especialy RCH Treliske.

Having received a letter from the Bowel Screening Service that I needed further investigation, I was sent a letter from Treliske Hospital giving a date and time for a phone call to discuss the investigation. A very kind and caring lady phoned me and made sure she had all the details required and then gave me a date for my colonoscopy which was only 3 weeks later. It would have been 2 weeks but I couldn't make the first date. All the medication arrived after 4 days with all the instructions required. When I attended Treliske the staff couldn't have been kinder from the moment I arrived to when I left. I was obviously nervous and concerned as my Mum had died from Bowel Cancer many years ago but the staff put me at ease and the whole experience was excellent. Thank you one and all. The best news was that I don't have cancer.

I was unexpectedly ambulanced to Treliske A&E am.30.4.24 and received excellent treatment.A&E was an impressive operation and made the moreso by the very positive attitudes and bearing of the active participants.Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.Although I had 3 bed-moves in 3 days,they all had been well-considered and I could quite understand the reasons why.Overall,I was hugely impressed with the sheer organisation of this major hospital.The Departure Lounge was a special experience!

Husband admitted for 24 hrs to the Esu ward and after 5 weeks of hospital admittance the wonderful care in here .the team were so very good at there jobs from checks to wonderful care from the nurses to all the patients in this ward . Superb care thankyou for all you do every day under immense pressure.

I have to say I have had nothing but Excellent service from RCH, recently I had various tests in the urology department and MRI department and every single person I had contact with were so friendly and professional, some of the procedures are not particularly pleasant but they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Simply amazing people.

Although I arrived late because of the roadworks (we got a little lost!) was made to feel very welcome. Very friendly staff.

Every year, for my annual mammogram and MRI appointment, I receive five pieces of paper, with duplicated information on each, prepared and printed and mailed by a person with all the cost that that entails. Please can you consider sending me a text or email with a calendar request? This will save the planet, our health and my sanity. I recognise that some digitally excluded people may still need paper but the majority now use phones for everything. Thank you. Appreciate the service you provide.

How do I begin when everything about Kerensa Ward is wonderful? The staff are so kind and caring. My sister is elderly and she was frightened when she arrived at Treliske. Within no time, she relaxed into the caring arms of these special people. Everyone deserves a mention but certain members of staff stand out for me especially. Thank you (gosh, I hadn't realised that I cannot name individuals, hence they have been deleted!). I realise that I should be mentioning all staff members for their kindness. Thank you to everyone. I shall be grateful to you always. With much love.

Review titled Goes against the plan

My consultant wanted me to have a certain feeding tube but another consultant went completely against that plan when he admitted me. Which caused issues and me to be be in a lot of pain. I asked today if we can go back to the original plan and I was told “im not going to give you what you want” So I left the hospital very upset and I feel completely let down
