Excellent service, everyone of the staff were professional courteous and friendly. Every step was explained to me about my operation and procedures.

From admission to discharge nothing was to much trouble. Ramsay health care and Rowley hospital are very Lucky to have such a dedicated team

Had knee op 2 years ago and toe op in July. Excellent experience in every department from ward to theatre to outpatient and reception.

Absolutely fantastic care from everyone at Rowley Hall Hospital. Had a total knee replacement, from entering the hospital to be greeted from the friendly but professional receptionist, to meeting the nursing staff, who's care was second to none, nothing was to much trouble, physio explained everything regarding exercises and why I needed to do them. Catering staff made sure I had a gluten free diet even offered me some food that was not on the menu.

Like the curates egg ,good in parts. I was concerned about being anesthetized,but this went very well with no after effects. The nursing staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble although l got the impression at times that their ability to address myquestions was limited at times. I telephoned the ward a few days after about a small problem and l was advised the call my GP instead A few concerns about hygiene also,one being that when l visited the bathroom there was a distinct smell of pee and l noticed that the waste bins had not been emptied.Same with bins outside the hospital on a previous visit. Full! At the time of writing this review my condition was the same as it was before the procedure.

I had an ulrasound on my abdomen on the 14th April, I had to keep trying to get through to the radiology dept. leaving messages, no joy. I rang on the 14th April in desperation, eventually thanks to your sister hospital I could get to speak to someone. The receptionist, found the e-mail sent by my Dr. days ago, but nothing had been done about it. I said I was not happy, being a paying patient, she then said they had a cancellation for 10am that morning if I could make it. I did. If I had not eventually got through to someone from the radiography dept I could have been still waiting. which I do not find acceptable. The problem I have is, why after leaving several messages on the phone of the radiography dept, no one got back to me. after days of trying. In the past I have had brilliant treatment from the Rowley Hall Hospital, also I had very good treatment when I arrived. But that booking system was a nightmare.
