So far everything has been good. Only the Royal Mail has let them down, by taking 15 days to deliver a second class letter, resulting in me missing an appointment with my Consultant.

After a mistake from the front desk, I was kept waiting for 1 hr. Even after the mistake was rectified it took over 30 minutes to slot me in.

This is the fourth operation I have had at this hospital both hips and knee replacements I can not fault the care I received while in this hospital and also the follow up appointments physio I also got calls from the hospital to check everything was going alright after I had left there care and to discuss any worries I might have even Thoe I was a NHS patient I was treated no differently would recommend this hospital and want to thank everybody there for their kindness also I would like to thank the receptionists for their happy friendly faces

The One Hatfield Hospital is very impressive both outside and inside. The staff in reception were very pleasant and welcoming. I had a private appointment which went very well, and was then offered free coffee/tea and biscuits and directed to a pleasant area to sit in for a while until I felt ready to make my way home. I was happy to have another appointment booked for next month.

The hospital at Hatfield One has been exemplary in caring for me as a patient, being referred for hip replacement. Every appointment was on time with very little waiting, the surgery and recovery ran very smoothly and the after-care, nursing, physio and doctor check-ups were excellent. I can’t recommend highly enough.

On a recent visit to The One Hospital Hatfield, I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. The appointment started on time, the consultant was helpful, gave me some required medication and some advice about my condition and what next steps could look like if my symptoms didn't clear.

Pleasant atmosphere Relaxing and calming waiting area. Lovely and very helpful staff that make you feel relaxed and at ease before going into see the consultant about your condition. Very Pleasing

I was seen on time by an orthopedic consultant specializing in knees and hips. To confirm his initial diagnosis, he sent me for an X ray that was performed about 10 minutes later. He then saw me again shortly afterwards and explained the situation and said that I needed a hip operation as soon possible. He put me on his NHS waiting list
