    I had been referred to the dental hospital by my primary care dentist. I received an appointment through the post and for the last three days I have been trying to cancel this appointment due to being called into work. I was 1st in the queue for 18 mins then the line cut off! Then I called back straight away and got the message that the appointment center was now closed! I have called and called to try to cancel this appointment but have not been able to get through! This will now go down as a DNA and I will be discharged from the dental hospital despite the fact I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel this appointment!
