  1. Review titled Early Saturday Appointment

Rated 3 stars out of 5

My 75 year old mother, was told to be at the hospital for 07.30 for her operation. She sat around all morning waiting only to be told her procedure would not be happening till after lunch. Why wouldn’t the hospital just have another intake later in the day instead of having a 75 year old sat on a ward worrying on her own without support?she could have been sat in the comfort of her own home with her family.

  2. Review titled What a waste of time

Had the misfortune to attend a out paitent appointment which was a waste of time The consultant was reading a letter which was 7 month old and had no bearing on the present day issues Would he let me explain anything No would he listen to me No so the bottom line is yes you require 2 new knees but I am going to discharge you Result is I now have to see my GP who will get the ball rolling regarding surgery but not at this Hospital then we wonder why the NHS is short of money with people like this the NHS is a wonderful institution pity about some of the people in it
