It’s the second time I’ve had to take one of my children to minor injuries and on both occasions from the receptionist that check us in to the nurse/doctor we saw they have been nothing but helpful and kind. Even got an apology for the time we had to wait (didn’t mind waiting I understand the strain hospitals are all under). Both times I think the help and support my child has been given for a potential brake was more than they would have had at any other hospital. Almost over cautious which has been amazing. It’s clean, tidy and calm there. Another huge bonus was free parking which is unheard of at hospitals normally. Massive thanks to the kind doctor we saw today. Thank you A

Dear A Thank you so much for taking the time to write your kind feedback, it really means a lot to the team to know they are appreciated and how much the service is valued in the community. If I can offer a small correction the unit has no doctors so I think you would have seen one of our Emergency Nurse Practitioners.I will definitely make sure that the staff at Frome MIU see this post. I was transferred to Frome Community Hospital from Musgrove Park in January to continue a twice daily I V antibiotic. As a result of a meeting with my consultant, instruction was given to cease the treatment in that form and I was able to go home. During my stay I have been favourably impressed by the high standard of care and dedication of the staff in all categories despite the fact that I was occupying a room solely for the early morning and early evening treatments Colon Guy

A huge thankyou to all the staff who cared for my mother recently in minor injuries.Everyone were both kind and professional and we left the department feeling very reassured.

Thank you to the wonderful nurses and receptionist that helped us on 4/11/22. Firstly thank you for seeing us and so quickly. Our son was so upset and they worked so hard to make him feel happy and comfortable when visiting Minor injuries. Thank you for his present, it really made our day, especially his! Thank you for all that you do
