   After initial call to 111. Referred to A and E to sorted out issue with my eye. From arrival at reception to actually being seen, was 1st class. The problem with the eye was related to shingles outbreak, which I had not realized. Their prompt reaction and care was amazing. Thank you to everyone involved.
