   I visited a family member today 13/05/23 and our outing was accompanied by a member of staff. We went for food, shopping and coffee. The staff member was absolutely excellent. What a wonderful woman. I was so apprehensive about the visit and she made it the best visit I've had. Chatty, bubbly and great fun. I can't rave enough about how lovely she was. Nice to see there's diamonds in there. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you staff H
