Had to have ambulance to my 84 year old husband. Quick arrival and the 2 paramedics were superb They treated him with the utmost respect and care Told him what they were going to do and made sure he had pain relief and was comfortable before they moved him Don't know their names but God bless them

  2. Review titled Everything went smoothly from beginning to end

    by humanitieset64 - Posted on 08 December 2023

Received pain killing injection in my foot. Good care from the beginning of the day. Used the patient transport from New Cross to Cannock Chase Hospital and back after the procedure. The nurses and surgeon couldn’t have done better, everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

  3. Review titled Outstanding crew

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Beth - Posted on 27 November 2023

Had an ambulance out to myself this morning, unfortunately I missed the names of the two gentleman that came out. From the moment they came they made me comfortable and told me everything they were doing. Once we got to the hospital we had to wait outside due to they’re been no room, so they made sure I was warm enough putting the heating on and covered me with a couple of blankets, kept asking if I was comfortable and if I was alright. Then one of the paramedics had a meeting at 11 and asked if I was okay if they handed me over to another crew witch I was absolutely fine with. Once I got to the new crew(I can’t remember their names) they introduced them selves and again put heating on and made sure I was warm and comfortable. We had to wait oustide in the ambulance for about 4 hours so we talked about random things and tattoos. Then we decided to put a film on to kill some time while we waited and manged to finish the film. Once I was discharged one of them walked me down to my lift and made sure I got there alright. Wouldn’t of wanted to be looked after by anyone else so a massive thank you to the four gentleman who looked after me.

The paramedics arrived in a few minutes of calling and immediately reassured my Dad and made him feel at ease. They had a lovely way about them and had some banter with him which helped him to relax.

Jesse had an asthma attack and stopped breathing on the 20/11/2023 in the early hours. The ambulance crew and trauma doctors on scene saved my sons life and I am forever grateful to all involved . I have no words . Even from the call handler who instructed me to do CPR to the hospital emergency team for getting Jesse stable enough to make it to icu. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart . You are all my hero’s and I will never forget how grateful I am to all of you .

by Mike Poselay - Posted on 17 August 2023

On 17/8/2023 my extremely sick wife had to be moved from one room to another. The crew who attended were exceptionally professional and had exemplary interpersonal skills. Nothing was too much for them. Please pass my sincere thanks to the two ambulance crew members who attended at our request.

by Chris - Posted on 08 July 2023

Needed an ambulance as my daughter was barely conscious. The 999 operator kept me calm and advised me what to do., step by step all the way through until 2 ambulances arrived. The critical care team arrived ..Could not fault the excellent care given to my daughter . She was then taken to hospital. And is making a good recovery.. I thank you all so very much.
