Arrived for my daughters appointment 20 mins early. One other person was at the surgery. They went in pretty much as we got there. They were out in 5 mins. No other person came in. Our time slot came and went. 15 mins late the male doctor came out to call us in. On going in he states that we have only 10 minutes and asks what he can do for us. I see no apparent reason for being late, no apology for being late and rude on going in. I certainly won’t be using this doctor again and will advise to others I know not to either.

Had an appointment previously with the same doctor and appointment was 45 mins late (fair enough). Today had appointment, signed in and was told was on time. From there the doctor was 4 mins late (ok). Going in, I then say to the doctor I have just a couple of issues to be told ‘hang on, I have a 10 minute appointment so can bolt talk about 1 (which may I add each of the issues were related). This for me was awful treatment and left me feeling truly unvalued. My appointment lasted 3 minutes and was rushed, I left with still having questions about the main issue and nothing sorted.

Rang today at 8.10 phone answered within 2 minutes. I was promised a call back within the hour which happened! A senior nursing practitioner was able to advise me and sent 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Very agreeable service when you are not feeling well
