The receptionists are wonderful. They always try so hard to find a way to help. The health service seems to gradually be recovering from the blow that was Covid. My only whinge is the new telephone service which only has two options: appointments or test results. No option to be put through to reception. To ask for anything else you have to join the appointments queue. One time I was 17th in the queue which took 48 minutes to be answered. There are some good GPs too and I love that you can make appointments and order repeat prescription meds online. All round I am happy with the service provided at a time when the health system is on overload.

Following completion of an e-consultation, I was contacted the same day by a GP and treatment prescribed. Great service. I had a telephone HRT review with the practice nurse and found her to be very professional and helpful.

excellent standard of service from the GP, from booking appointment on line to face to face appointment everything was handled extremely efficient and professional

Receptionists were helpful friendly came round & helped me with pod when I had error following tutorial on machine. Receptionist booked me in with phone appointment that week with lovely nurse. I received my call on the allocated time, nurse was caring friendly made sure I was on the right path with my hrt processed a prescription for me & booked me in for a smear. Was an extremely pleasant phone appointment with a lovely knowledgeable nurse that made you feel relaxed & able to talk freely.

I contacted Wrafton House Surgery and was given the option for a callback as there was a lengthy queue (29th). After about an hour I had a callback and requested a call from a nurse. Later that afternoon I was called by a nurse and my concern's were duly addressed, great service and caring nurse.

Nurse was really supportive and helpful also, she listened to me problems and able to support me and see what is going on with some medication that I am taking for my migraines, hoping that something that I might get help and advice with my migraines. And also giving me advice towards my health and I hope that something happens.

The nurses and doctor who saw me for my smear test were very caring and compassionate when treating me. The nurses spent time with me to discuss my concerns and gave good advice and follow up.
