My son went into practce to make a non urgent appt told got to ring at 8am next day, barked at whats it for told her the problem was told by her to go to an A&E or Chase Farm. The old receptionist was rude but this new one seems even worse hopefully she wont last long. Cant see the problem in pre bookinv a non urgent appt. The practice is getting worse by the day

I called to get an appt for my daughter (11) who is autistic and had a couple of issues. Told to call back next day as now we have to call at 8am to get an appt to get a doctor to call you first. Reluctantly and bemused without explanation of new procedures I called back at 8am continued waiting on the frustrating call holding service which has now been installed and they never had before when they answered phones quickly. I finally got through after 5 minutes and asked to speak to the doctor for my daughter who they could the hopefully seen him or her. I was then told I could only speak to the doctor on the phone about one thing at a time so I asked what do I do about other issue and I was told I have to call back tomorrow at 8 and go through whole process again. Lastly and most concerning the way the surgery receptionists talk to you is rude and unfriendly.
