I came to register as a temporary patient. The receptionist were extremely helpful, particularly as they were extremely busy. What a pleasure dealing with such competent staff.

The receptionists couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The GPs always give me confidence that they have my best interests at heart - whether that is their knowledge or the reassurance that I did the right thing in going in and inviting me back if anything worries me. I am usually offered an appointment within 24 hours - 48 is very unusual.

I have been waiting to hear back from this practice for circa 4 months. I have been told that a senior colleague will contact me but 3 weeks later they have not. I was told yesterday that they would contact me, they have not. Would not recommend.

Every time I call or goto this surgery Im surprised that every other surgery doesn't follow the way this one works. My GP is the best Dr I have ever had. I cannot fault his professionalism, his commitment to his patients and the way he interacts with them. This also goes for the nurses and receptionists. They all do a marvellous job and they all deserve more recognition than is being put out there.

My Doctor at Woodlands Surgery has been excellent. Caring and professional. Would highly recommend this surgery.

My GP is lovely, always kind, supportive and helpful. Have been attending this practive for 10 years and experienced good practice, a great service and medical care. Thank you to all the team.

There is a lot of negative comments relating to GPs in the press at the moment - none of this represents this surgery and, in particular, my specific doctor. I have had a few health issues (not Covid) appear during the pandemic and the surgery has been on hand for both phone calls and "in person" visits as necessary. Urgent issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I could not ask for more from either the surgery or my doctor.
