Seen earlier than my given time. The doctors are amazing, kind, caring and feel have the best treatment possible. Couldn’t ask for more.

Welcomed and put at ease no question was a nuisance . Nurse had a smile and listened The secretary that made the appointment was so helpful and pleasant

I managed to get a suitable appointment with a helpful GP for only two days later. The GP was helpful and interested, advised and prescribed.

Very friendly staff, everything was explained and follow on treatment made Very clear. Not my usual doctor & nurse, both of them Very good and worked together well.

Don't always get through to someone on the phone and have had issues with speaking to the reception staff before with being told there is no way to see a doctor or no appointment booked for me (even when it's been booked via 111) But the doctors are fantastic, they always respond promptly and appropriately to all e consults and this is definitely the best and easiest way to contact them- everything I've asked to be looked into and every suggestion I've made has been listened to- I'm very pleased with this doctors surgery at the moment because I can't express how helpful they have been. I've only ever had an appointment in person for a blood test or an emergency so more often than not, I'm not actually seen in person but for me this works well as I'm quite busy. Sometimes I do think it would be better and easier to see someone in person however the doctors do always listen very well via the phone and will quickly prescribe medication or refer for further tests and appointments elsewhere which is great. I don't think not being seen in person is a fault of the doctors or the surgery as a whole, as I think it's a common situation across the Uk with doctors at the moment and they are stretched so thin- overall I'm happy at this doctors!

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback. We would like to reassure you that we do offer face to face appointments if you need to be seen. Sometimes telephone appointments work better for patients and many appointments are still triaged over the telephone to reduce delays but we have a number of on-the-day and future face to face appointments available if you do need to be seen.

A very useful face to face appointment. The doctor was interested, thorough and impressive with his knowledge of my medical situation. Lots of information was offered for management of the condition. Altogether a very valuable experience. Thank you.

I am Unused to contacting my GP and at first found the recorded messages very confusing. However when I did make contact I had a very kind polite and reassuring experience, especially with the GP who saw me face-to-face. I left the practice premises feeling very much better than when I went in. Result!

Based on just my experience with the practitioner who took my blood I would rate the service extremely unlikely to recommend. I am someone who is nervous about blood tests. When I walked in I wasn’t met with much warmth. The practitioner then expressed that there was no request for my bloods on the system. I explained that I had seen a doctor who had requested it. However, their responses felt like they where accusing me of doing something wrong. They then proceeded to attempt to take blood from me without explaining the process. I have had a blood test before but it really relaxes me when the practitioner explains what’s going to happen. After failing my first arm they said it was an issue that my arm was cold. This was unavoidable considering the air conditioning is on in the waiting area. They asked if I had drank water and I explained that I had drunk a lot in preparation. Again they seemed like they didn’t believe me. They tried the 2nd arm and was again unable and just dismissed me by telling me I need to rebook at reception. As someone who suffers from anxiety, this encounter was distressing for me. However, talking to the reception team was like night and day in comparison. They where so lovely. They helped me rebook my appointment, sorted out the online issues and my referral. I have to thank all of the receptionist at the surgery as they have always been so lovely and welcoming. I think the practitioner I saw today could do with taking a leaf out of their book. I would recommend the surgery to others but would specifically tell them to ask for a different practitioner to take their blood.
